Installations

Over the years, Quintyn Gebroeders has increasingly been asked by customers to develop complete installations. First, we listen carefully to the customer's needs and expectations and draw up a flowchart. Then, the available space is examined, in many cases using a 3D scan that replaces manual measurements and is also much more accurate.

A preliminary design is then drawn up and a quote is offered. Once the customer has given his approval, the production drawings are drawn up by our technical draftsmen. Production takes place in our workshop in Zulte and is planned in function of the assembly to ensure that the work runs as smoothly as possible. One project manager is appointed per project or installation who is the central point of contact for the customer and our assembly team.

This person is also regularly present on site and certainly during the initial start-up of the installation. We also provide the customer with all CE documents and manuals for the delivered installations.
