Silos and discharge funnels

Our silo designs follow an innovative concept which accommodates space and product constraints and limited assembly time. They serve as storage spaces for various types of bulk goods in powder or pellet form, such as grains, flour products, waste and fertilisers, bran, wood pellets and pellets from oil products.

DESCRIPTION

The silos can be built in sheet piling or with a smooth wall reinforced on the outside, constructed to ensure perfect flow. These are mounted on a metal chassis capable of absorbing the forces of the upper frame. These give the whole structure freestanding stability. The silos are completed in our workshop and are then delivered as complete fabricated structures.

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

The silos can be manufactured in either steel or stainless steel and are completely tailored to the customer's requirements and the nature of the product stored. They can be made either square or rectangular and are equipped with a standard funnel. A rotating or vibrating floor can be added for products which do not flow freely.
