Segment conveyor

This type of modular conveyor system has a segmented running surface. This low-maintenance conveyor system is a combination of screw conveyor and Redler and has the advantages of both systems.

Operation

The chain of the conveyor is guided on the return path on a specially designed plastic guide bar. Plastic carriers are also mounted on the chain to prevent any steel-to-steel contact. Different quality options are available for the plastic carriers. The tensioner and drive element is also residue-free. The drive is coupled directly or by chain transmission.
