Z-Redler

This redler is a unique combination of a chain conveyor with a flight conveyor and is primarily intended for transporting dry bulk products. This type of redler is a completely new concept, emphasizing residue-free operation, high capacity and easily swapped out base plates in the event of wear. The Q-redler© can also be fitted with a fully residue-free intermediate floor.

In-house design

This redler is a unique "proprietary" design created at the request of pet food customers, who had high demands concerning dragging. It is a combination of a standard chain conveyor and a segment conveyor, but with the great advantage that the V-shaped base plate is easily swapped out for replacement when worn. This new type of conveyor system is virtually residue-free with perfect operation and proper maintenance.

Options

In contrast to a segment conveyor where pneumatic sliders installed need to fold open, the Q-redler© can integrate residue-free sliders (redler sliders) as standard. The Q-redler© can be fitted with an orbital head and intermediate floor, even with multiple sliders.

Custom production

If desired, the Q-redler© can be fully customised.
