Double deck screening machine

The single- and double-deck screening machines are designed to screen products for various applications. In the compound feed and pet food industries, double-deck screening machines are ideally suited as hammer mill pre-screens.They use an upper clump screen that serves mainly as a raw material screen, and a lower finer screen which sifts out small particles.

Description

Screening machines made by Quintyn Gebroeders are constructed very robustly and heavy welded. The screening compartment is equipped with one or more woven wire screens of special steel with a very large passage.

Dust-tight

The screening machine is a completely dust-tight closed construction with a single inlet, two or more outlets and an inspection opening. An aspiration connector is also provided. The screening machine is low-noise.

Screening

The screens are easy to change and fasten. The compartment rests on heavy springs that provide a virtually vibration-free connection to the mounting frame.

Maintenance-free

The unbalance motor drive is maintenance-free and lubricated for its entire service life. Screening machines are available in standard capacities between 4 and 250 tons/hour.
